Atlantic Ocean costs £66,667 (€100,000).
This represents a price of £793 per sqm (or €1,190 per sqm)
It
is possible to construct your own purpose built 4 bed-roomed, 200 sqm villa with private pool
for around £725 per sqm (€1,085 per sqm) , dependant on location.
